1:1 (INDIVIDUAL) BREATH-BODY-MIND SESSION

Offer 5. 1:1 (INDIVIDUAL) BREATH-BODY-MIND SESSION (up to 1 hour).

I will teach you 1:1 simple, yet powerful movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques which will help you to balance your nervous system in just 20 minutes a day (or even less - less is definitely better than nothing).

You will learn how to:

  • Improve your sleep, mood and mental focus;
  • Increase your stress resilience and renew your energy;
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia;
  • Connect to your inner self and others;
  • Do better in your personal and professional activities.

This can be taught in the group, too, but in an individual session I will be able to pay attention to your particular breathing sessions, help you correct them and make your breathing slower and more gentle which will help you feel better and be more effective in your personal life and work. I will also show you how you can further work on improving your breathing technique.

Bonus: You will receive a recording of my voice guiding you in the practice of coherent breathing.
