After just one hour you will get your first great insights on where you lose energy, what needs to be changed and what already supports you and just needs to be strengthened. This can be taught in the group, too, but in an individual session I will be able to pay attention to your particular breathing patterns, help you correct them and make your breathing slower and more gentle which will help you feel better and be more effective in your personal and professional activities.
